Visiting with Via: The Halifax Train Station and Nearby Historic Places

The final stop on VIA Rail’s Eastbound train, the Ocean (Montréal to Halifax), is the historic Halifax station. Originally constructed between 1928 and 1930, the Halifax Station is a beautiful Beaux-Arts style building located just steps away from the city’s many historic places.
