I also recommend the the Clinton Museum in Clinton, the Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotin in Williams Lake, the Quesnel District Museum and Archives in Quesnel and Cottonwood House Historic Site between Quesnel and Wells before you make your first stop at the Wells Museum!
