Built in 1889 by the Northern Pacific and Manitoba Railway, this unique example of railroad architecture showcases rural railroad life in Western Canada and how railroad stations were the lifeline of the town. Today the museum is home to a restored 1914 Canadian Pacific caboose, jiggers, railroad memorabilia and many other interesting artifacts. We are proud to be a National Historic Site as well as a Municipal Heritage Site.
