Fully furnished with period pieces, the original home of Scottish immigrant William Brown was moved from its original location in Headingley to its current home on Portage Avenue in 1973. Next, view exhibits on the development of St. James-Assiniboia in the historic 1911 Municipal Hall, original building of the Municipality of Assiniboia Council. Finish your visit by visiting the displays on pioneer life inside our 1890s Interpretive Centre.
