Cottonwood is an Italianate-style red brick mansion built c.1860. The beautiful mansion was built by William Holmes Jr. (1810-1892) on property inherited by his first wife, Mary Hoover (1802-1869). Come explore the 1870’s mansion & immerse yourself in local history of the Victorian Era.
