Four museums – Four historic buildings – Four unique stories – For You!
Come explore our four unique historic places. Each of our museums has it’s own story to tell – Police and Corrections, Evolution of Education, John and Olive Diefenbaker House, and the Historical Museum that is housed in the old fire hall. Each museum has been carefully curated and is staffed by our summer interpreters who are available daily 9-5 to give you a tour or to answer your questions.

Evolution of Education Museum

Rotary Museum of Police & Corrections
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
This building, built in 1888, once served as the guardroom for the “F” Division North West Mounted Police. Since then we been the home of three policing agencies and both the Federal and Provincial correctional facilities.
The John & Olive Diefenbaker Museum National Historic Site of Canada
Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
Prime Minister John Diefenbaker lived in this house from 1947 to 1957. This was before he was elected to be Canada’s 13th Prime Minister.
