Our town survived on football/soccer! From before the first recorded game in the early 1900s, through many of the hardships of life such as the tsunami, fishery collapses, through life for the struggling miners and families, soccer in St. Lawrence was and is an escape, a time of peace to enjoy a game.

Eventually, it became a passion for the people! Wander here to find the full story, the history, the devotion, and the sacrifices! Only the people know! Come hear a story!
