Located in downtown Annapolis Royal, the Sinclair Inn resulted from the amalgamation of two early eighteenth-century houses. It is the only Acadian building in the Annapolis Royal region to have survived from before the Great Upheaval. It was also the site of the first Masonic lodge in Canada in 1738.
