- Seagram distillery produced many well known products including Crown Royal and Seagram’s VO.

- The site contains one of biggest concentrations of historic barrel warehouses in Ontario.
- 57 Erb Street West opened in 1984 as the Seagram Museum. The Museum closed in 1997.
