The LSPU Hall, affectionately known as The Hall, is home base for the Resource Centre for the Arts (RCA). The Hall is the heart of LIVE theatre and the cultural pulse of downtown St. John’s. Thousands of internationally acclaimed actors, musicians, and dancers have passed through the Hall on their way to stardom, and in this city you’re steps away from the action.   • Since 1979, RCA Theatre Company has produced over 150 original main stage productions and contributed to the development of hundreds more.
  •  A long list of professional artists who have gone on to national prominence including Mary Walsh, Rick Mercer, Greg Thomey, Cathy Jones, Andy Jones, Bob Joy, Ron Hynes, Mark Critch, Jonny Harris, Susan Kent, Mark O’Brien, Sherry White, Robert Chafe and Jillian Keiley.
  • An equally long list of artists who remain committed to the Newfoundland and Labrador cultural milieu including Lois Brown, Joel Hynes, Ruth Lawrence, Des Walsh, Chris Brookes, Edward Riche, Charlie Tomlinson and Berni Stapleton.
