An urban park and historical site
The Plains of Abraham is a historic urban park that provides a space where visitors can explore and relax in the heart of Québec City. Apart from its historical past, the park is to Québec what Central Park and Hyde Park are to New York and London: a city park of outstanding value, the lungs of the city. Walk the trails, enjoy the amazing views and flowerbeds and bring your picnic!
Plains of Abraham Museum
At the Plains of Abraham Museum, learn in an interactive way about the battles of 1759 and 1760 and view numerous artefacts from the Park’s archaeological collection. In the new exhibition Aeria meet eight noteworthy characters of the Plains. They are brought to life by full-size sculptures by artist Jérôme Trudelle.
