Experience time travel at the Mountain View Museum & Archives, where the rich heritage of Olds and Mountain View County comes to life with new themed exhibits each year.
Housed in the historic 1920 Alberta Government Telephone building, this niche museum and certified archive offers visitors a chance to explore the continuing story of Central Alberta’s small towns and villages. From themed exhibits and fun interactive rooms to inclusive programming and art that celebrates local talent, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. This year’s theme, “The 70s Groove”, invites you to discover the history and spirit of the 1970s. Come in and experience the welcoming atmosphere our dedicated staff provides.
