Opens July 1st and runs till Labour Day. The village is available for tours all year round by appointment Admission Adults @10.00 Seniors $8.00, Youth 5-15 $3.00 Under 5 Free, Family (2 adults & Children under 15 ) $20.00. Plan to attend the Farmers Festival July 13 and Heritage Day August 18th.

Welcome to the Minnedosa District Museum and Heritage Village. We are a pioneer village featuring 11 restored  heritage buildings which are furnished with period artifacts from days gone by, water wheel, and windmill.
Our operating season begins July 1st and runs until Labour Day.
10:00 am to  4:00 pm daily.  (204-867-3542),
 The  Village is available for tours by appointment year round.

Daily admission is $10.00/adult,  $8.00 seniors $3.00/youth or $20.00 for family (two adults, children 15 and under)
The Minnedosa Museum and Heritage Village is located 4 blocks east of Main Street on 3rd Avenue N.E.

  • Is home to Ishii Japanese Gardens located at the Regional Library
  • The longest fish ladder in Manitoba at over 600 feet
  • Bison Park along Highway 262 where visitors can view plains Bison
  • Oxbow walking trail is located adjacent to Heritage Village. The trails wind through local wetland where you may observe local waterfowl.
  • Stone house tour that incudes 10 buildings constructed of local stone by a local stone mason.
