An award winning living history museum depicting coastal rural life in Nova Scotia during the 1940s. With live animals that roam the grounds and artifacts you can touch and explore, the Memory Lane experience is truly unforgettable.

With 18 restored and replica buildings on site, and no ropes or barriers between you and the past, there’s lots to explore!

Take a ride around the Heritage Village in the back of our red, 1950 International pick-up truck. Available to visitors most days between 1pm and 2pm,

Interactive media exhibits featuring archival photos and video interview are available while on site through your own phone!

There are free-roaming animals on site, so please leave pets at home.
