Since 1973, the vision of the Melfort & District Museum (MDM) has been “to share reflections of our unique heritage and culture, celebrating our living heritage with present and future generations by telling our stories”.
Our board and volunteers are dedicated to bringing the community to the museum, and the museum to the community. With approximately 5000 volunteer hours annually, a core group of volunteers work at the museum 5 days per week, year-round.
