Jubien Park | Town of Mount Royal, Quebec
Named in honour of Ernest B. Jubien an Engineer by Training he served as Town Councillor from 1947-1949 and Chairman of the Town of Mount Royal Horticultural Society.
He was born in Sidney Nova Scotia and studied at McGill University and graduated in Engineering in 1926.
