Located in the Heritage Conservation of District of Maitland (East Hants), Nova Scotia the High Tides Arts & Community Centre is in the former United Church and Hall buildings that were constructed in 1858.  The CHArt Society – Culture, Heritage and Art became the owners of the buildings in November of 2016 and are dedicated to restoring and maintaining these buildings as a Community Hall and Theatre in the village.
