Heritage Hall is an iconic landmark in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Known for its elegant architecture and clock tower, the building first opened in 1916. Built as a Post Office and used as a Federal administrative building until the 1970’s when it fell out of use. Community and non-profit groups saw the potential. They rallied to preserve the building and partnered with the City of Vancouver.
Today a variety of non-profit organizations occupy the offices in the building, including Vancouver Heritage Foundation. The classic ballroom on the main floor is an ideal location for weddings, craft fairs and community events of all kinds.
