Camrose Heritage Railway Station and Park is a historic 1911 Canadian Northern Railway station, fully restored with displays about Camrose railway history. We have many opportunities for hands-on discovery, such as the telegraph and original safe in the agent operator’s office. The White Elephant Gift Shop is full of unique treasures, including our Railway Woodworks products, which are handcrafted on site. Thirteen heritage gardens fill our extensive grounds, including the Morgan Railway Garden with a G-scale model railway, and the Children’s Secret Garden with a wooden train play structure. Bring a picnic lunch along if you would like to enjoy one of our picnic sites in the gardens. Also on site are the 1918 bunkhouse and watchman’s shelter with additional displays. Track car rides on the short track in front of the station are available when volunteer drivers are on site (call ahead to confirm). Admission is by donation.
