Billy Bishop Museum is dedicated to preserving local history including the childhood home of Canadian War hero and V.C. recipient William (Billy) Avery Bishop, and the objects within it. We seek to engage our community, bring history alive and to tell the Canadian war experience.
Built in 1884 the Queen Anne Revival home is beautifully preserved inside and out, featuring original furniture and objects from the Bishop household. The Museum also has exhibits on local military history and is a platform for community engagement and public history.
