- Event Access: Guests can park in Heritage Park’s front lots. From there, guests can take a shuttle bus to the Wainwright Hotel. The shuttle bus is located at security, located underneath the clock tower in the front tower. Visit the security office and our friendly staff will help you get on the bus!
- Dietary Restrictions and Seating Preferences: Please note any dietary restrictions and who you would like to sit with during the event while making your reservation.
- Member Discounts: 60th Anniversary Annual Members get 15% off their seats! Please note: the table of six offer cannot be combined with the 15% member discount. Members get a better deal when reserving 6 seats!
- Event Information: Tables will have a maximum of 6 seats each. A cash bar will be available during the event.
- Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Providing availability, they may be exchanged up to one week prior to the event.
