On Sunday, July 20, the National Doukhobor Heritage Village welcomes everyone to join in celebrating Heritage Day! A Blini Brunch will be served from 9:30am until 12:30pm. Brunch will be $20 per person and includes entry into the Museum and Village grounds. Staff members will be available to offer guided tours all day!
You can look forward to a 50/50 draw, a raffle, and a silent auction for some beautiful hand carved wooden ladles! There will activities for all ages: outdoor games, scavenger hunts, chalk art, and a brand-new touchable collection! Delicious Doukhobor bread (baked the traditional way, on site in a wood-fired clay brick oven!), homemade jellies, and the Village’s Cookbook, Ethnic and Favourite Recipes, will be for sale. We can’t wait to see you there!
