Come into the museum for this fun and educational self defense class. Accessible for older adults and seniors (mobility aids and devices welcome) you’ll learn from the head instructor of Gamanshin Dojo Sensei Stacy Kremer. Classes will take place inside the air conditioned and accessible program room of the Museum of Lennox and Addington.
