The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum hosted regional artists for an en plein air art competition. Each artist had one 12 hour day to complete an original piece of artwork on the grounds of the museum and Old Slys Rapids, along the historic Rideau Canal. 21 artists completed and entered their work for the competition.
The artwork is now on display for the public and we are asking everyone to vote for their favourite piece in our People’s Choice competition. At the end of the show, the artist with the most votes will win a complimentary entry into next year’s competition!
