Morleyville History Through Art, Stories & Music
A National Trust for Canada Historic Places Days Event
Historic Places Days is a vibrant celebration of the stories, crafts, and artistry that connect us to our past. These art forms, alongside oral histories, music and visual storytelling are more than creative expressions; they are living traditions, preserving knowledge, culture and identity.
Join us for our Historic Places Day event on Saturday, July 19, from noon to 4pm. At 2pm, enjoy a special program featuring local Indigenous and non-indigenous musicians, artists, and storytellers. We invite you to bring a picnic and soak in the stunning scenery before the program begins, or stay afterward for a guided site tour. It’s a perfect day to connect with history, nature and the community!
We are located on Highway 1A (Bow Valley Trail), 27km west of Cochrane or 4km east of Mini Thni (Morley).
