The museum is open exceptionally on Sunday 10 July 2022 to mark Historic Places Days 2022 and to share the story of our building. From 11am to 5pm, join us to explore the grounds and the museum galleries. Family activities, and the O’Leary Collection will be showcased throughout the day.
Another highlight of the day: an important Second World War operation, the landing in Sicily on 10 July 1943. The Royal Canadian Regiment played an active role during Operation Husky and the Italian Campaign, which is featured in several exhibits through the museum.
