Association for the Arts in Mount Pearl and Admiralty House present Nia on The Rock!
This event hosted by Elaine Dunphy of Nia on the Rock will give participants an opportunity to appreciate the beautiful grounds while enjoying a rejuvenating gentle workout.
Nia is a dynamic workout that stimulates the nervous system in a healthy way that leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed with a unique mind/body/spirit conditioning movement practice. Nia practice is excellent for people of any size, shape, or skill level. We ask that you please bring your own yoga mat so that we may follow Covid-19 guidelines to assist with social distancing requirements.
This class will be limited to 20 participants so that we can enjoy stimulating human connection while maintaining proper social distancing.
Time: 11 AM Every Wednesday this summer (weather permitting).
Admission: $10 per person to be paid online in advance.
Due to Covid-19, we ask that all participants remain in their bubbles or 2 meters apart. If physical distancing is not possible, we ask that participants wear a mask. We ask that you do not come to this class if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.
