An urban park and historical site

Site of major battles, the Battlefields Park includes the Plains of Abraham and Des Braves Park. Apart from its historical past, the park is to Québec what Central Park and Hyde Park are to New York and London: a city park of outstanding value, the lungs of the city. Walk the trails, enjoy the amazing views and flowerbeds and bring your picnic!

Plains of Abraham Museum

At the Plains of Abraham Museum, learn in an interactive way about the battles of 1759 and 1760 and view numerous artefacts from the Park’s archaeological collection.

You can also explore the Plains of Abraham through riddles and challenges! The Museum offers three outdoor escape games to dive into the history of this mythical place: The Challenge of the Great Wars, The Masters Tournament and The Forgotten Ones.

For younger kids, the family treasure hunt The Landscape Architect and the Hidden Treasure will take you to little known places on the park. Discovery, surprises and fun guaranteed!

The Tormentor – Escape game at the Martello Tower 4

As of mid-July, The Tormentor challenges you to solve a mystery from the past. During your quest, you will learn about three eras that marked the history of Québec (1759, 1812 and 1908).
