Enjoy winding country roads, stunning river views, and our community’s finest historical architecture on the Kingston Peninsula Heritage Built Heritage Driving Tour. This circuit of 23 historical sites makes for an amazing self-guided and socially distanced activity for the summer. Before you begin your tour, call 506.832.2902 and order a picnic lunch from the 1810 Carter House to pick up along your way, and to enjoy at Cedars Light in Long Reach!

Online navigation is available via google maps on our website at kingstonnb.ca/built-heritage/. Printed copies of the tour map and guide will soon be available at the JFM Museum and 1810 Carter House.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming audio tour, to accompany your drive with stories and facts that will deepen your appreciation for the rich history of the Kingston Peninsula. The audio tour will soon be available on our website, also at kingstonnb.ca/built-heritage/.
